Delivery of Your Order

Our desire is that you should get your order as quickly as possible and with the minimum fuss possible. The details of our delivery service for UK and International follows:

 

UK delivery is free

UK standard delivery orders are normally sent using the Royal Mail. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and in most cases your order will be with you within two working days.  Depending on the value of the order we may send the order as a tracked delivery. If we do this we will advise you of any tracking details available.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. For any further delivery queries, please call us on

Overseas delivery is £8 within the EU and £12 for Rest of World.

Orders for delivery outside the UK are normally sent using the Royal Mail International service and will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can normally trace your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

Important Points to note on International Shipping Terms

Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. 

Returning Product

30 Day Love Your Product Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order for an exchange or a refund. 

Goods must be returned unused in there original condition with all the original labels attached and in orginal packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. As we ship the product free of charge if you return the product then you will need to pay for the return postage.

 

How To Return An Item

If you have an account with us, the simplest way to go about returning your item is to login to your account, find the relevant order and submit a returns request. This way you will be kept fully informed of the status of your return at each stage of the process and you will be able to reserve any exchange requests. Alternatively, just follow the steps below:

To return items to us, please send them back to us with details of your name and address and your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and what size/colour you'd like). To make it easier you can follow the details given on the delivery note.

We just need your name and preferable your order number to be able to deal quickly with your request.

Please put your order number on the outside of the package and follow the instructions on the delivery note you received with your order.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for both refunds and exchanges when sending items back to RUNHIKEBIKE as we cannot be liable for any items that go missing without this. As the original delivery is free we are not able to refund any other postal charges incurred by our customer.

To return a non-faulty product, it must be in its original condition with the original labels attached. Once a product has been worn outside or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault.


PLEASE NOTEfull or partial delivery charges are only refunded in the case of refunds in accordance with your legal rights. If you've bought items online or by phone, you have the right to return them and get a delivery refund if the goods are returned any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you received your order. If you're only returning part of the order, then we're not obliged to repay any of the delivery charges. Please be aware that you must take reasonable care of the goods while they're in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly at your own cost.

 

What Do We Mean By Original Condition?

To return an item or items to us, under our Zero Hassle Returns policy, the items must be as new, in the condition they were sent to you. Items must have:

  • Their original labels and tags attached to the goods
  • Boxes and packaging as supplied by the manufacturer. 
  • The plastic bag they arrived in, complete with the stock label.
  • All parts & instruction leaflets.

Items must not:

  • Have been worn outdoors.
  • Be covered in pet hairs.
  • Be dirty, soiled or wet.
  • Be marked, damaged or scratched.
  • have been washed or dry-cleaned.

Please note that we cannot refund or exchange undergarments such as briefs and panties where they have been tried on for health & hygiene reasons.

 

Returning Damaged, Defective Or Incorrect Items

We want to give the best service - anywhere. But, very occasionally, things will go wrong. If you receive an item that’s damaged, or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for return. You must obtain proof of posting when you return the item to us.  We will refund any delivery charge you incur. Goods can be returned to us to be inspected and we will replace or refund as appropriate. If you elect to receive a replacement item we will dispatch the replacement free of any delivery charge.

In the event of RUNHIKEBIKE sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to us within 14 days. RUNHIKEBIKE reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 14 days of the date on which RUNHIKEBIKE confirms we will issue a replacement.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Love Your Product Guarantee

We are proud to stock only the very best Running, Hiking and Biking gear that you can find here in the UK, and Europe. We are so confident that what we stock is of the highest quality, that we want to offer a further guarantee in conjunction the manufacturers guarantee. If you find a fault with anything that you buy from us within one year of purchase due to defective workmanship or materials, we will either replace, repair or refund you (choice at RUNHIKEBIKE discretion).

If a fault develops, simply contact us and request an exchange for the item that is faulty, including as much detail as possible about what is wrong with your item. We will then get back in touch with you and get your product back for inspection. Please note that this guarantee is in conjunction with the manufacturers warranty. e.g Feetures socks have a lifetime guarantee, so you would be covered by the RUNHIKEBIKE guarantee for the first year and the manufacturers warranty for rest.
